With a total floor area of 28.8m2, it will offer a compact yet functional living space with all the mod cons.
Constructed by a LBP qualified building team, The Motu will be sold with a full Code of Compliance Certificate.
A perfect space for a couple or solo traveller looking for a comfortable sanctuary. The separate bedroom provides privacy while the living area with kitchen facilities is perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
