We exist to prevent harm, injury and drowning on Pukehina Beach. We are here to protect our community any time of day. Call us on (07) 533 3934 if someone appears to be in trouble, someone is missing, or if you spot any hazards along Pukehina Beach.
Stay safe and remember to swim between the flags.

Volunteer Lifeguard
Our volunteer lifeguards are committed to protecting our beach from injury, harm and drowning. We have four rostered patrol teams over summer. More info »

Our Junior Surf programme for 4-13 year olds builds water confidence, surf safety awareness and technical abilities in the surf. More info »
Club House Build Project
The new build design will enable Pukehina Surf Rescue to better serve the growing number of visitors to Pukehina Beach.
